Hello Miles T.F. Baxxter!
Eurofurence is drawing close, and we still have slots for volunteers who would like to run their own workshop, round table, discussion group or other events.
If you are an artist, writer, animator, musician, fursuit builder, publisher or can do anything else that relates to this year's theme "Animalia Romana" or the furry fandom in general, we encourage you to share your knowledge and experience. No need to be shy, all contributors are very welcome.
Here are a few suggestions that may help you get started:
- Art and the Beauty of the Moment - How to capture a scene on the medium of your choice
- Animation - Tips and tricks on how to bring characters to life
- Culture & History - Everything about the Roman empire and the life in Rome
- Music - Can you feel the beat tonight? How to find your rhythm.
- Storytelling and Literature - "From the idea to the novel" or "How to fill that blank page you're staring at"
- Fursuit Personality - How to make your suit unique and interesting, covering design and performance
- Puppeteering - How to create and play authentic puppet characters
- And everything else related to our furry world you can think of
If you're still unsure about your idea or in case you need any advice feel
please contact us. We will help you to get your idea on the road.
To register your event(s) we need:
- Your Nickname (from your EF Registration)
- The title of your event
- The type (i.e. round table, discussion round etc. If unsure we'll help.)
- A preferred day and time (only if you have one)
- Any equipment you need (beamer, flip chart, white board etc.)
- A proper description for our conbook that gives our guests an idea about what the event will be about
- A prefered slot (day and time) - if you have.
Please send your event registration to: events@eurofurence.org
We're looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Your Eurofurence Team
