Hi everyone in the (far) north

Hi everyone,

I'm new in town, so I'm here to introduce myself :-)

Some of you may already remember me from EF15 or EF16 (I was this strange guy who run wildly around with a FIA Shirt and a radio on my bottom) but I will do a official introduction now

About me:
I'm a 27 year old german guy, who was born in bremen, a town in the north of germany. After school I studied electrical engineering and microelectronics at the university of oldenburg and now I'm living in ingolstadt, bavaria.
I'm active in the german furry fandom, so my hobbies are beside of digital photography meeting other furries and friends of mine nearly every weekend. Due to my job I lend a helping hand to the one or another furry-con, specially in radio-technologies.
Sadly after my move to ingolstadt my hirer don't let me own a pet, so I'm all alone in my flat (in the middle of all that techy-stuff).

my fursona:
I'm a caracal caracal in normal proportions except the longer tail, which is as long as on normal cats. About 15kg I'm on normal weight and 45cm acromial are even averange.
Furcolor is sandy to light red and iris is blue. As normal caracals, I've a round iris, not slitted and very long black brushes on the end of my ears.

The picture I use as my avatar:
The picture was taken by Barrett und Owen (Newman), more or less relatives of mine. The does a 2-month journey to africa in 2005 to collect datas about big cats for a BBC/TLC documentary film project. The photo was taken iin the middle of the night with the help of a scouting camera and infrared light flashes :-) This particular picture was a missshot, cause of the wrong lightning direction. Not suitable for the TV-film it was very suitable for me. Believe it, I was more than happy to get it as a gift from both of them.

Why I'm here:
After some drunken-idea in june 2010 twice poked me to travel to norge with her, and (sadly) it becomes a self-runner (I will always charge her to drop my planned slovenia holiday in july). On saturday 18th september it become a reality so in case some of you are "afraid" to meet us in Oslo, "here I am" to answer any questions to my personality

Hallo, und willkommen! Es ist ja gut zu sehen, dass Leute nicht nur von Norwegen nach Deutschland fahren (EF), aber auch den anderen Weg

Weil ich im nördlichen Halbpart von Norwegen wohne, war ich am ersten extra gespannt auf dein Topic. Aber ich sehe, dass ich dir leider nicht treffen kann, denn ich so nördlich wohne. Aber ich hoffe, dass du jemand von uns in Oslo triffst!

(Ja, ich bin also Norwegisch, aber habe etwas deutsch in der Schule gelernt..)
